Sincerely welcome you to join us. Introduction: Neodymium magnets (NdFeB) - rare earth permanent magnet composed of neodymium, iron and boron, China began the domestic mining of these in the 1980s. NeFeB magnets are compressed and sintered in a protective atmosphere. If processes are not controlled well, it will lead to quality defect due to corrosion. At SURTIME, we exclude these problems right from the start by carrying quality controls and we consider to be an indispensable part, not only on the end product but also during the critical processes on site. Advantage: The properties of these magnets are far superior to traditional ones and they are currently the most powerful in application. Their high coercivity and high remanence allow the new design and the possibility of increasing magnetic field of application where space is limited or where a strong magnetic field required. NdFeB magnets are very susceptible to corrosion. Therefore require a protective surface coating. Uses of NdFeB magnet are conditioned by the temperature in a wide range running from 80ºC to 230ºC. And also it works at temperature below 0℃. Application: Neodymium magnets are used as various types of magnetic lenses for focusing, deflection of charged particles in electronics, brake systems, drip, sensor, magnetic system in rotor and micro motors, and field of science, medicine (tomography, NMR spectrometers), etc. Today, NdFeB magnets are used in large quantities all over the world. The development of this material is not yet complete; the remanence and coercive field strength are being continually increased. The high energy of NdFeB magnets means that motors and sensors can be built ever smaller – and this signifies an increase in performance efficiency. The ongoing improvements enable this interesting material to be continually introduced into new areas. All stated values were determined using standard samples according IEC 60404-5. The following specifications serve as reference values and may differ. For more information please contact our application engineers. Sintered NdFeB Magnet Physical Properties Grade Remanence Rev.
